Sticky Wicket
Start with our house pickles made with lemon thyme and coriander. Followed by our ploughman's sandwich — a toasted baguette with
melty brie and smoked Gouda, hard salami, arugula, house pickled red onions, thinly sliced cosmic crisps, and stone ground mustard with Branston Original Pickle spread.
For dessert enjoy our homemade apple pasties, with cosmic crisp cardamom filling, topped with a glaze made from warming spices and lemon, served with a side of freshly whipped Chantilly cream.
